Mentor a Fellow
Mentors are the beating heart of the Fellowship. You will be paired with one or two fellows whose goals resonate with your own journey, and walk with them from onboarding to graduation. You meet your fellow(s) roughly twice a month for an hour, listen more than you lecture, help them think through their leadership reflection journals, and hold them gently accountable to the intentions they set. You are not a consultant or a teacher here - you are a companion on the road. We ask that you have at least a decade of leadership or community experience, a habit of reflection, and the humility to learn from those you mentor. A short orientation and a mentor's guide are provided, and the programme team checks in with you monthly.
What you give keeps giving - in perpetuity.
