Learning Lab Facilitator
Host one of the fortnightly Learning Labs and guide the cohort through a dimension of leadership.

One Lab cycle: about 8 hours across a fortnight, between February and August 2027Remote (video calls)
Learning Labs are the fortnightly virtual gatherings where the cohort does its deep work - sound thinking, values and conduct, systems and society. Facilitators take ownership of one Lab (or a pair): you prepare the session from our curriculum notes, host the two-hour gathering, draw out the quieter voices, and close with a clear deliverable for the fellows. You do not need to be the world's expert on the topic - you need to be a skilled host of serious conversation, comfortable with silence, disagreement and depth. The curriculum team briefs you beforehand and debriefs with you afterwards.
