Join the Core Team

The Fellowship is built by a small volunteer team, and we are looking for people who want to own a piece of it: programme operations (schedules, fellow communications, logistics), storytelling and communications (writing, design, social media), or technology (this website, our tools and systems). This is the most involved volunteer path - you join the weekly team call, hold a clear area of responsibility, and help shape what Cohort II becomes. We ask for a minimum season of six months so that the work has continuity, and in return you help design an institution from its foundations.

What you give keeps giving - in perpetuity.
