Read applications with care and help us recognise the scholars and builders of Cohort I.

Every application to the Fellowship is read by at least two human beings - never filtered by an algorithm. Reviewers receive a small batch of applications (typically 8–12) across December 2026 and January 2027, score them against a clear rubric covering sincerity of intent, depth of reflection and readiness for the programme, and write a short paragraph of reasoning for each. You then join one calibration call with the selection team before final decisions are made at the Selection Conference on 16 January 2027. We ask that you read slowly and generously: many applicants are writing in a second or third language, and the rubric rewards substance over polish. Training and the rubric are provided.
