How it is protected
Applicant data and recordings are protected through clear consent, access limits, retention periods and deletion processes. Only the selection team can view submissions.
How it is used
Your values pattern is one input among several and is never used on its own to admit or decline anyone. Assessment scores are kept separate from written and video ratings.
